Update from Open Cores. Our project was approved.

The projects are organized at Open Cores based on project type. The categories are pretty specific, so the VHDL modules that will mirrored and presented there will broken up into several different projects, depending on what part of the MEP the module implements. The bit error rate tester will be in the test project area, for example. I'll move the files that we have so far to the site and report back on how easy/difficult it was.
