[Mep-dev] A SDR reciever project

This is only a receiver SDR project but I was thinking this might give some
ideas for things.

BTW, whats is the status on things? I don't subscribe to any of the RSS' 
readers, so has there been any more progress? Only know what is going on if
posted to mailer group.
