Whew! Thank you very much to all who contributed to the creation of this document. The goal was to explain neon-test test suite well enough to enable people to understand how neon-test works, as well as gain confidence in coding for SIMD processors such as NEON. 

The next step is to understand the code in the SIMD directory of FFTW (Fastest Fourier Transform in the West) and get it optimized for Neon. That will be documented in a separate paper.
