I haven't user Ekiga, but I can recommend dimdim (http://www.dimdim.com/) It
has video conferencing capability and Webex style conferencing. They offer
free accounts for users, and they offer a vmware appliance which we use in
my group often.  If you don't care about ITAR or IP, I would recommend the
free account.  Overall a very nice product for collaboration.
