[Mep-dev] Something to take a look at for a possible adaptation for Mep...?

Well, it's nothing but a notion, really, but part of the  
"interplanetary Internet" idea is to deal with intermittent  
connections and that feels like it might have some congruence with the  
discovery problem.  Hadn't given it any more thought than that, really.
