[Mep-dev] Conceptual Block Diagram for review

That looks good!  Might it make sense to depict a separate path for  
control of the outside unit?  Not just freq and power and such, but  
also az-el pointing and such?  Seems like two separate connections  
over the ethernet, one for transmission and one for control, might be  
simpler than trying to in-band the control signals.  ??
