Greetings to everyone,

We have received a built-up transverter (3.4GHz) and local oscillator board (3GHz) from the San Bernardino Microwave Society. Chris Shoaff N9RIN, a lead designer for the board, also sent supporting documentary photographs. I'll get those up on the site as soon as I can.

Question for the team: What measurements should be in the test and characterization plan?

-Bandwidth characterized
-phase stability measured

What other measurements should we include, at a minimum?
